Core Features & Benefits
Every pump is purpose-built for demanding environments where uptime and deep vacuum are non‑negotiable.
Ultimate Vacuum Level
Achieves an ultimate pressure of 0.5 mbar (abs) with a single-stage rotary vane mechanism. The precision-machined rotor and stator assembly guarantees stable deep vacuum even under fluctuating inlet loads, making it ideal for packaging, thermoforming, and medical systems.
High Pumping Speed
Delivers nominal displacement from 10 m³/h up to 750 m³/h across the range. The oversized oil reservoir and force-fed lubrication circuit keep the pump cool during 24×7 continuous operation, maintaining full-rated speed without thermal throttling or loss of ultimate vacuum.
Anti-Suck Back Valve
Integrated spring-loaded anti-suck back valve prevents oil backflow into the vacuum chamber on power failure or intentional shutdown. This protects both the pump and your process — no contaminated chambers, no oil mist in sensitive lines, and fast recovery when the pump restarts.
How It Works
The oil-sealed rotary vane mechanism in four precise stages — engineered for deep, stable vacuum and long service life.
Intake
Gas enters through the inlet port as the rotor turns. The eccentric rotor and sliding vanes create an expanding chamber volume, drawing process gas smoothly into the pump cylinder without pulsation or turbulence.
Compression
As rotation continues, the captured gas volume decreases progressively. The vanes, lubricated by a thin oil film, maintain a tight seal against the stator wall while the chamber compresses the gas to a fraction of its original volume.
Exhaust
The compressed gas reaches the exhaust valve and is discharged against atmospheric pressure. The oil-lubricated exhaust valve opens precisely at the design pressure point, ensuring complete gas ejection with minimal backflow into the pump chamber.
Oil Separation
The oil-gas mixture exits into a multi-stage separator where centrifugal force and coalescing elements strip oil droplets from the exhaust stream. Reclaimed oil returns to the reservoir while clean gas vents, keeping oil consumption remarkably low.
Industrial Applications
Engineered for demanding environments — our single-stage oil-sealed vacuum pumps deliver reliable deep vacuum across a broad spectrum of industries and fluid types.
Industries Served
-
Refrigeration & HVAC — Evacuation, dehydration, and leak testing of compressor circuits
-
Laboratories & Research — Filtration, distillation, rotary evaporation, and vacuum ovens
-
Packaging & Food Processing — Vacuum sealing, MAP packaging, and freeze-drying systems
-
Medical & Pharmaceutical — Sterilization, vacuum distillation, and API drying under controlled vacuum
-
Plastics & Composites — Degassing resins, vacuum forming, and composite curing autoclaves
-
Printing & Paper — Sheet handling, plate exposure frames, and vacuum transport systems
Fluid Compatibility
Our pumps handle a wide range of process gases and vapors when equipped with the correct oil type and accessories. The gas ballast valve prevents condensation of water vapor inside the pump, maintaining oil integrity and extending service intervals even in wet applications.
Standard Mineral Oil
Air, nitrogen, argon, helium, and dry non-corrosive gases. Suitable for general industrial vacuum down to 5 × 10⁻² mbar.
Synthetic PFPE Oil
Oxygen, halogens, acidic vapors, and reactive solvents. Chemically inert fluid for aggressive process environments and semiconductor applications.
Accessories Required
Inlet cold traps, oil mist filters, and chemical-resistant seals extend pump life when handling condensable or corrosive media.
